A little exercise each day is a life-transforming weapon for people looking for effective back pain treatment, that can have a bigger impact on your health and lifestyle than lots of other methods for healing back pain – and in that I include the best food, the hottest sex, and even the most exhilarating fun. The main drawback is that you have to perform physical activity to enjoy the health giving benefits.
Unfortunately, if as I suspect, you don’t have a great deal of time outside of work. You can’t find time for less than half an hour of low impact stretching and strengthening back exercises, not to mention the three quarters of an hour to an hour, three times a week that would satisfy the aerobic exercise requisite of a normal exercise program.
Right now I’m going to give you some very powerful reasons to make the time in what I appreciate is a very busy day – one way or another – because, again, individuals who have experienced back pain relief everywhere know that simple and painless back exercise will be more rewarding to you in the long run, for alleviating back pain for you, than any other method you can try.
We’ll begin with the fact that there’s not enough time left over when your work day ends. Suppose for a minute that simply taking 15 to 20 minutes out of your day to follow a very simple exercise plan could buy you an insurance policy against the next time you’ll have to take a few days sick leave owing to your chronic back pain?
If time is money for you, then the time you invest in exercise, which is free (as far as spending money is concerned), it saves you whatever amount of time and money you could no doubt fork out to cover chiropractic, physiotherapy, acupuncture, and so on – whenever your lower back muscles seize up and lay you low.
You’re not convinced? You’re using so many hours each day that you’re struggling to get a good nights sleep, and your energy levels seem to be at an all time low? Well, sorry, but that’s no excuse either. Rest assured, if you make the time, you’ll see that, exercise, particularly regular aerobic exercise, can boost your health, well being and mood literally in a matter of minutes. Instead of depleting your energy, as you might suppose, exercise actually makes you feel invigorated and empowered. We know exercising burns off calories and cuts through fat on your body, it won’t make you lethargic. It’s not like that at all, regular physical activity makes you feel more alert and alive – and because you tend to sleep better when you exercise, you will soon discover that you can get by on fewer hours sleep but feel even better than before.
